01How do I book a shoot?＋
Click “Book a Shoot” anywhere on the site. Choose the services you need, pick an available time, and send over the property details through the fotohauz booking portal.
02How should the property be prepared?＋
The best results come from a clean, photo ready home. Clear countertops, turn on working lights, straighten blinds and curtains, and tuck away personal items or anything you do not want photographed. A property prep checklist is also available in the Resources section.
03When will my media be delivered?＋
Turnaround depends on what you order. MLS photography can often be delivered the same day. Packages that include floor plans may take up to 24 hours because the floor plan scans need additional processing time. Delivery details are shown when you book.
04Can I combine photos, video, drone, and floor plans?＋
Absolutely. You can build your shoot around what the property needs and combine photography, drone, video, 3D tours, floor plans, and other services into one appointment.
05How far outside St. Louis do you travel?＋
fotohauz serves real estate agents throughout the greater St. Louis area, including St. Louis, St. Charles County, Warren County, Lincoln County, and surrounding communities. If your property is farther out, reach out or check availability when booking.
06Do you offer same day or next day delivery?＋
Yes, depending on the services you order. MLS photography can often be delivered the same day. If your order includes services that require additional processing, such as floor plans, the full order may take up to 24 hours.
07What types of properties do you photograph?＋
Just about everything. fotohauz photographs occupied homes, vacant homes, new construction, luxury properties, rentals, investment properties, and commercial businesses throughout the greater St. Louis area.
08Can I book just one service?＋
Yes. Services can be booked à la carte, so you can order only what you need. That can be just listing photos, just drone media, just property video, just a 3D tour, or another individual service.
09What 3D tours and floor plans do you offer?＋
fotohauz offers Zillow 3D Home tours, Matterport 3D tours, and professional floor plan scans. These can be booked on their own or added to a larger real estate media package.
